Order some items and had to return some as the actual items didn't match up to the description. Sent them back via Royal Mail and then 3-4 weeks later hadn't heard back on the refund and was then told the parcel wasn't delivered or rather the 3rd vendor which they use hadn't received the parcel hence why they encourage tracking service as they confirmed they have received customer complaints on missing parcels.
The outcome - they don't care as not there fault as over 14 days go to Royal Mail and get the money back for lost parcel.
I've been using Royal May for 30 years and never had any parcels missings.
