“worst customer service”

I ordered a top and mug for a friend for Christmas. Although the website claimed next day delivery (?) it was almost 2 weeks later that I emailed to chase it up. I got a generic email stating that all packages would arrive by Christmas day. This wasn't any help for me as I was meant to be giving it as a present 5 days before Christmas day, which I told them, They then emailed back saying that I would definitely receive it on the date I needed. Well I didn't, tried ringing their customer service line which was never picked up. Package arrived 3 days later. Worst customer service I have seen.
