“Ordered on 15/11, never delivered”

Order placed on the 15th of November.
Supposedly dispatched on the 8th of December.
3rd of January and the order hasn't arrived. Royal Mail sorting office don't have it.
I emailed and tried to call the support during opening hours and calls were not answered and emails were never answered either despite the website stating that they will answer to all email enquiries within 24 hours.
First time with street shirts.co.uk and it is a huge disappointment.
