I ordered a product online from Street Shirts and on the website they guaranteed dispatching the product the next day or a £10 credit voucher for their website. I ordered the product on Monday and needed the gift by Friday for a Secret Santa party. It is now Thursday and I have sent them emails and I have called them a gazillion times and no-one picks up the phone nor do they answer to emails - only sending an automatic response which is so vague. On the website it says please call us to speak to our friendly customer service team but I doubt there is any such team which exists. The product looks great and the website is great but this company is the hardest to get in contact with. It seems I will be the only one at the friday secret santa party without giving a gift! bad news!!
