I feel like crying. The first order from these guys was so late i missed a birthday by over a week, despite emailing, phoning - everything. I actually thought they were a fraudulent company - then my t-shirt arrived and it was great. So - I thought I'd use them again. What a fool. The worst customer service I have ever ever experienced No T-shirt, no contact, phone put down when I call, no response to e-mail etc etc.
Either 1. Buy out this company now! These guys are losing thousands of customers a year through incomptence or 2.It is some kind of scam/ front.Has anyone checked their claims about BBc etc?
Depressing and christmas ruined
