Badly run company who lied to me.
Order placed 29/11. Dispatch due 3/12.

Didn't arrive so phoned up on 6th or 7th. They promised that the item would be with the recipient by Tuesday 11th. Didn't happen. When you ring they say they can't get into the system to find out what's wrong. They said that Tuesday and Wednesday. Also, met with unwarranted belligerent attitude from phone staff which was hard to understand given that I'd been lied to about the delivery date.
I think on current form they are not a company I wish to deal with any further. I won't be bothered to chase them up any more so they can do what they will when they want. I want nothing more to do with it.
If they are unable to fulfil orders, they shouldn't take them on.
