I bought a pair of shoes(crystal boutique) for my sister for Xmas which were cheaply made visible glue where stones had been stuck on. I sent them back at their request after I had sent them photos of the faults.once they got them back they refused to admit they were faulty and would not be refunding me my money or send them back to me so I could go through trading standards. The manager actually had the cheek to ask me to come and collect them myself after I had already paid £10 special delivery to send them back!(the shoes were £120) after two months of letters emails and phone calls trading standards had to eventually go to there office and fight my case and I got my money back which I could give to my sister as her Xmas present two months late. There was no apology from the manager and I will never shop with them again.hopefully no one I knows will either or anyone reading this review, save yourself the stress.Shopping online and customer service from a family run business should not be this bad!
