I placed an order quoting delivery time of a month, my items did not turn up so by the end of July I sent them emails, I had not reply to all my emails and after THREE MONTHS they finally responded and said my order had been overlooked. By this time it was too late for me to get my money back from Paypal and even though it was there mistake the would not give me a refund only a credit with them. I am kicking myself for using Paypal for my payment and by the end of October they had over £120 of my money sitting with them, so I placed an order for some stuff for my daughter to use up the money, lo and behold a month later I am still waiting for 2 items to turn up! I have sent 2 email but no answer. I do a lot of Internet shopping but this company is the worst I have ever dealt with and if it was not for them still holding my money I would never buy from them again.
