Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews before making a purchase. I've lost £60 because I'm unable to return the jeans they sent me which don't fit. There was no information regarding returns within the packaging, the contact number on their website doesn't exist and there is no response to the large number of emails I've sent them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely terrible, order to ages to come, when it arrived some wasn't even individually wrapped and wrong size and style was received. E-mailed customer 3 times no answer, the telephone number on their website does not exist. Now I am trying to send back for a refund THEY ARE BREAKING ALL TRADING STANDARDS RULES

I made a purchase 4 months ago, the jeans came late and were too small - I have bought the jeans from ASOS and they fit perfectly - go figure... So Jeans have free returns, so I downloaded their free postage stamp and sent my jeans back. For 4 months they told me that they hadn't received the item yet and asked for the bar code of my package, which obviously I don't have because I just used the label I downloaded from their site. Finally they gave me a store credit, which I used last night. But I found out today that they ignored the store credit and charged me full price. Effectively stealing £150 from me all up. I have lodged a dispute with my bank so hopefully I will get about half back. When I called up to complain, they transferred me 5 or 6 times and the last time I could hear them laughing at me. DON'T USE THESE GUYS WHATEVER YOU DO!

What happened to size 5 short in junior size? I have shopped on can't find my Size 5 short in juniors. Did you stop making them? Nice jeans but not if I cant find my Size.

I bought some jeans from this company online only to find out after returning them because they just did not fit that I received a duty/customs tax bill from Fedex for $70.00. After emailing customer service from sojeans.com and them telling me they would take care of this, I received another bill the month after from Fedex again. This time I emailed them and they said I would have to pay charges. No where on their website does it say upon returns customers may have to pay taxes on shipping. It ONLY says free shipping for returns. I feel this is not letting customers know what they are in for. I would not recommend this site to anyone! Let the buyer beware. I lost $70.00 by ordering from this site.

I wish wish wish I had read the other customer reviews before buying from this company. This is clearly a counterfeit organisation making false promises. £70 has been taken from my account and Yodel are telling me that the parcel was never sent. I looked on Trust Pilot and the recent reviews are just as bad. The customer service rings and rings today so obviously they have decided not to take calls as there have been so many complaints. I've sent numerous e mails bit received no response from them. Is there a higher body we can go to to get the site investigated? Does any one have the main office number?

Poor quality imitation goods i.e. counterfeit. Not worth the money even at discounted prices, the jeans bear little resemblance to the originals. Inferior fabric and workmanship with laughable attempts to replicate badges and logos. This company is ripping people off. Customer service non-existent, they fob you off with lies about not being able to access computer records, staff suddenly not available to speak with you despite prior assurance that they would handle your complaint if you rang back at a given time and to cap it all a telephone system that will not allow outgoing calls. Customer service hours 8.30am - 17pm ?!? what's that all about? I was told by one person to ring back at 6.30pm then another let it slip that they went home at 5pm - that says it all! Emails go unanswered. Do not give this company your business unless you like being cheated and lied to.

No response to my messages from So Jeans when I tried to return an order. Despite sending multiple messages I'm still waiting for a response now. The So Jeans customer service manager is really bad, she gave me false information and it is difficult to understand what she's saying. Don't buy from this company - their customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers.

I have made a few purchases from So Jeans, one of which resulted in them sending me the wrong pair. However, This review is about my latest purchase. I returned a pair of jeans on November 1st and still to this date of December 4th, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND!!!! I have had to mess around emailing proof of purchase, only to then find out they had in fact received the jeans, what a waste of time. Its now just me phoning all the time trying to find out where my money is. I've never been so angry at a company before. Do not buy from this company!

I made a purchase using my credit card, which I returned. They said they were unable to refund my credit card and asked for my bank details as that was the only way to refund the money. Clearly, nobody is going to email their bank details. So, I am now £80 down and therefore I would not recommend using this site. Take a walk to House of Fraser, will save you money in the long run! I think 1 star is being generous.

I ordered a two pairs of jeans via SoJeans.nl in december. After 4 weeks and a couple of mails I got an email saying the trousers were out of stock and I would get a refund. Now 3 months later I still am waiting for my refund, despite of a number of mails and calls to the costumer service. A lot of promises were maid but I am afraid to say this is just sad. If you are looking for a reliabel internetshop, avoid So Jeans!

Sojeans are a (French) company specialising in, yes, jeans. They seemed OK from the website and had some reasonable prices, so I ordered a pair. What a nightmare. Everywhere I've bought before does trouser sizes Waist/Inside leg. So I ordered 32/28 - they send 28/32. Returned them and they sent me a voucher code. So I carefully check on the site how they do the sizing and it definitely seems to be W/IL, so order again. They send 28/32 again! Hopeless! I give up and ask for a refund and now they say they won't refund a voucher. On checking it seems that by not simply rejecting them out of hand at the start and accepting the voucher I've been robbed of my legal right to a refund. And now there is nothing for sale at my voucher value. I certainly can't recommend you take the chance to order from them, but if you do and there is anything wrong DON'T accept a voucher - get a refund immediately. The only possible plus to this company is the simple returns which are collected by the courier who delivered them. That said, you have to phone to arrange collection which takes a little time as the return is to France and needs operator action, and you have to wait in for the courier. For me taking to a PO would probably be easier, but YMMV.

EDIT. After posting a similar review to that above on another site following an invite by Sojeans to review them there, I was contacted by Sojeans customer services and after some discussion they have now given me a full money refund and also a goodwill voucher, so a big thank you for that.
As a result I would now increase my rating to 2 stars - I cannot in all honesty give more as overall this was not an acceptable experience.
Apparently you can ask for a refund instead of a voucher via the website but the whole returns process defaults to a voucher and is not explained in the returns documentation, so you have to know to go and look for it. Getting a refund for a company's error by complaining on a public forum is not the way it should happen and I am sad that it had to go this way. The website has some very good features and Sojeans could do well.
