After 4 months nose pad came off and lost. Have been waiting 6 months for replacement and all I get is the same reply they are waiting for their supplier
Total waste of money buying from this company and I would not recommend them.in future I will buy from my local optician even if it is more expensive. At least I would get better service than this company.

Your customer service department has been dealing with this problem and I have now totally given up of ever getting the new nose pads so I can wear the glasses.
