Firstly the delivery took a long time as the glasses were manufactured in Hong Kong. The frames were bent which means they don't sit straight on my face. I have taken them to 2 different opticians to resolve this however they are Still not right with one of the arms curving slightly downwards. The lenses fit poorly into the frames and the grinding of the lenses can be clearly seen around the frame. This was my first order with you and I am not a happy customer.
