My order was taking longer than what I had expected. I sent two emails to customer care with NO reply. I eventually had to phone twice.. I was very close to cancelling my order. It is a pity as the glasses are good.

It's regretful that the shipping time for your order took longer than we expected. Usually we reply customers' emails in less than 24 hours, I assume our replies probably went to your spam folder.
