I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son for Christmas on 11th December. They were delivered on 29th December, after Christmas, 18 days later, with no apology or explanation. I wrote to complain about this, and was told that 98% of goods are delivered on time. So I was in the 2% - too bad?
Won't use them again.
