Incredibly slow in resolving a price match query prior to placing an order and this took in excess of fifteen calls and a significant amount of e mails to get the price match agreed.
On placing of the order the communication was poor and contradicted other e mails received as to the products availability. Two pairs of identical frames were ordered in two different colours and on receipt were in fact two different sizes. The website has this information hidden behind an icon and is only visible if this is clicked on. This is critical information and should be on display permanently and not hidden. At no time was I advised that the frames being sent were two different sizes. I dropped these frames into my local opticians to have the lenses fitted and on return from my holiday collected them only to find the error.
I was given the option to return them for a credit but could not do this unless i wanted to right off £400 lenses. There was no other recourse offered other than sorry which in the circumstances has no value.
