I ordered a spare pair of Lacoste frames, seemingly identical to the ones I already own. My glasses were shipped from Hong Kong (!) and when they arrived I found that they were a different size and quality of plastic to the frames I already own. They are clearly a fake. Also the case was a different shape and size. I have tried to contact SmartBuyGlasses but have had no luck in speaking to anyone on the telephone and my emails to their customer service are ignored. My next logical step is to contact Trading Standards, which I intend to do.
