Waited the full 3 weeks to receive the WRONG glasses . I then had to e prove their error buy sending photos . Then they agreed to take them back . Refund is only processed after they receive the item back and are inspected . Avoid this company . They had my money for nearly 4 weeks . Their customer service team is in China . I don't think this is a Uk based company despite the. . Co. uk domain name . I asked for their uk registered address , they wouldn't give it to me .
Oh , and my glasses were sent from Hong Kong... .......well the wrong ones were !
And , they will only refund return postage via PayPal.
