It started well - order taken quickly, promise of delivery in a couple of weeks.
Couple of weeks later, not status change on order. But company quick to reply to my query "it's on it's way!"
A week later... still nothing.
Decide to ask for a refund as I needed the sunglasses for a holiday and guess what... no reply, to numerous messages. and have now had to get John Lewis credit card involved to recuperate my money.
I wish I had read trustpilot before placing the order. This company is clearly a scam which is fine, it's just the hassle of filling out forms and waiting for MasterCard to reclaim the money for you.
