I received a dress that was a gift. Unfortunately it was too small. I called to inquire how to get 1 size larger. Not only do I have to send it back but they will not just exchange it for a new size. Instead they will apply a refund as a store credit minus a re-stock fee. Then the purchaser has to reorder it again and pay for shipping before they will apply the store credit. Since this was a gift, this is extremely rude to ask the original purchaser to have to go through this unorganized process. Warning, don't waste your time with this company. There are much better ones with great customer service who actually care about the customers needs.
