Deliveries missing several times cannot speak directly to courier have to go through SimplyBe but have to wait 5 days first!! before claiming a missed delivery in the meantime will be put onto your account. Rude customer service staff not understanding and cant wait to get you off the phone! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you already have an account CLOSE IT.
