I have only ever purchased two items from simply be- months ago. Every time i entered my card details and thought I was paying full amount for these- now ive received payment arrears calls!? I have to pay for the items and then an extra £30 for not paying on time! I understand that now i must have chosen to pay a small amount and later pay the rest but i can assure you that is not clear at all on the website- i did not even receive letters of any kind to warn me of extra charges- Simply Be have clearly made it unclear for customers to pay full amounts so as to make more money from their customers!

As well as this their products are ridiculously overpriced for what they are- i ordered two bras as i have a larger bust and to be honest the quality was nowhere near the likes of marks etc- but yet are more expensive.

I paid it off straight away and have now deleted my account- There isnt even a customer service number to call them on. I despise companies that use these kind of tactics to confuse and therefore make more money from people. My advice is DO NOT USE SIMPLY BE
