I placed an order with Simply Be in preparation for a trip. I received one of four items before my trip. The pants I received split 12 inches while I was on my trip. Quality was horrible and poorly sewn. The remaining items have finally shown up 3 weeks after I placed the order with a note attached that I need to pay $44 for postage before my mail carrier can give me the package. I tried calling, but was told that it must be a customs charge. After speaking to customer service, I plan to refuse shipment and keep my fingers crossed that I will be credited accordingly. I certainly see no point in paying for more subpar items.
