i have an account with simplybe and have been a customer for years, always ordering and paying on time, recently got into a bit of financial difficulty and phoned them to explain, said they couldnt help as i wasnt in arrears!! tried to offer £50 per month (instead of the usual £102) but they said they wouldnt accept and i had to fill out an income & expenditure form and return to them and then they would decide, they dont want to know when there are probs but happy to take your cash when all is rosey, told them i would be paying account off and not ordering from them again,

absolutely awful customer relations,
