Today I received somebody elses order! When I called their customer services number, they kept me waiting for ages at 10p+VAT per minute. I asked them to call me back as it was their mistake and they said they can't as they only take calls and don't make them unless it is an emergency.

So my order has gone AWOL and my card has already been debited. I have to be around for when their courier comes to collect someone elses order too. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered is out of stock now so I can't have it now anyway!

Any compensation? No, you're kidding... the neanderthals will only waive the £2.99 delivery charge.

If you're considering placing an order with Simply Be, read all these reviews first. No body is impressed. The folks at Simply Be (if they actually cared) have a very strong message from these reviews.
