I Found a pair of New Rock boots in a shop in Belfast which I liked, but they didn't have my size so when when I got home to Cavan I searched for them for curiosity's sake.I found them at silver heart. I'm not a fan of online shopping but I thought I'd give it a shot! I placed an order and went to checkout but had Problems with the link! I left an email not expectingto hear from anyone but the next day I got a call from Dave! He apologised, took all my necessary details, and emailed me a direct payment link and even offered me a discount on the purchas for my "inconvenience" a week later my boots arrived and are a perfect fit! These guys have an amazing range of awsome Footwear, Clothing and Accessories and I would recommend them to anyone looking for that "Altertanuve look and More! Dave and Co, you're a pleasure to do Business with and I'll definitely use you again!

I can't praise this company enough. I ordered a pair of New Rock shoes in the largest size available which was unfortunately still a little too small. Dave at Silver Heart spoke to New Rock and arranged for the shoes to be custom made to fit! Collection of the smaller size and delivery of the new pair was very quick and Dave kept me up to date constantly throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for the customer service and communication, not to mention the prices on site which are considerably lower than other stores. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Their website looks great and is easy to navigate, the range is impressive; very competitively priced with free delivery and offers a New Rock collection which is up to date and, largely, unrivalled in the UK. Cant fault anything about this company. They helped me out with questions over the phone and via email. Everything was taken care of when i changed my mind and ordered a different pair. A courier was sent to pick up the boots from work without a problem. I think they were genuinely pleased that i liked the ones i ended up with. Very refreshing these days.

The order was placed easily. The service was efficient and so easy to use. I was informed of the progress, the boots arrived on time, in fact I was surprised at how quick it was! A great, easy experience like all online transactions should be!
