Sent the wrong item. I contacted them straight away. They ignored me. I waited for a week. No response to any emails. I contacted paypal. Suddenly i get a resonse offering me a partial refund. The item sent is mot of a style id ever wear so pointless me keeping it and losing money. I declined. Then a store credit was offered. The thing is , the fact that they didnt respond to emails until paypal got involved, made me aware that i didnt want yo buy again. Living in nz the shipping costs from anywhere in the world is super expensive, sometimes more than the item is worth. But because paypal cant compel merchants to pay for return shipping, even if it is because of their error my only option is to send it back, tracked ( theirs wasnt tracked ) And that cost is apparently mine to bear. Not faur. These guys dont care about rectifying their own mistakes.

Superb Sarees Palace!! My experience has been absolutely perfect. Not only once but the two times I have ordered. Quality is even better than in the pictures. Stitching is really perfect. Products are wonderful. They also make a difference with the customer service through WhatsApp, always extremely helpful and kind. And... products delivered just on time, or even before. I’ll keep on ordering and I am recommending Sarees Palace to anyone looking for a wonderful and perfect service.

I ordered everything from 5-10 Ship days. 2 items were readymade.called/Chat/email/WhatsApp msg. No reply. Got through chat once and promised me to ship 3 items yesterday and refund for others and email me tracking details today but didn't receive so chat again but person left the chat.

I placed my order for 2 beautiful dresses on June 5th. I made my selection based on the advertisement of 'Ready To Wear - 5 Day Delivery'. I contacted them via email the very next day and explained I had an event on June 20th, and if my order could not be guaranteed to arrive by then, to simply cancel my order. They responded by assuring me, and I quote, 'Your order will be on your door step well BEFORE the 18th'. I went online to track my order a few times after this email. Saw that my order had not moved from 'Processing' for 8 days. So I reach out to them again via email on 6/14. I was told that my items did have a delay and that they would arrive by the 19th. I explained AGAIN I had an event on the 20th, and if they couldnt guarntee me delivery for the 19th, to simply cancel my order. The on the 18th, I check my order tracking online and again saw no update or movement from 'processing'. I reach out to their website online live chat agent, who told me that my order was finishing up and would ship on the 21st. I explain that this isnt acceptable. I explained how I had emails from their company with assured delivery dates. And I either needed my order by the next day, (They are in India, and I am in Florida), or I need a full refund. The agent on the live chat, left the chat without addressing my request. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MAY MANY ATTEMPTS TO EMAIL THEM, AND LIVE CHAT THEIR AGENTS. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?? I'M TELLING EVERYONE. BEWARE! I see all these wonderful reviews from other customers. I guess there was no issue with their order. I hope no one gets my luck because obviously they dont care to right who they have wronged.

Placed an order and was ensured to get delivery on time. After a few days received mail saying one item out of stock choose another. I did that and was promised delivery will be on time by Pratik Parham. I needed the item for 3rd march.i had asked to cancel the order and refund if it cannot be delivered on time. But Pratik insisted it will reach on time. Today is 26th Feb still no delivery or refund and no response from them now....

Ordered my sari three weeks ago. Spoke to someone before I palced the order. Asked them if I can have it before September 1, 2017. There respond was sure of course. It was August 29,2017 still no update on my order or a tracking number stating it was out to ship. I try calling them from August 26 all the way to August 29,2017 for a update no response. On August 29,2017 I left messages on whatsapp and email stating I will not get my order on time please cancel my order no response. On August 30,2017 I get a message from DHL stating the package was just picked. Don't understand why they decided to delivery it two days before the day of my event. I got the sari on September 1,2017 at 4pm. Which I had no use of. Up to now I did not get a response from anyone. Now I'm stuck with a sari I don't need and a waste of my money.

Service was good and the communication was on point, unfortunately the outfit I ordered looked nothing like the picture, shade was darker, embroidery was completely different and the fabric is not what they state on their website. I have contacted Saree Palace again (Bunny via whatsap)p and had no reply!!! Should have know better! Extremely disappointed, surely won't be ordering from sareespalace.com again.

The worst customer service online ever recieved. I have ordered from them 2 times now and both times they have not bothered to send my items out nor have they updated me on why this has not been sent. I have had to rasie complaints both times via Paypal to get a refund for the amount paid. I have tried to contact the website on numerous occassions - no reply, ended up using the whats app number and finally somebody to reply 8 days after my first messgae was sent to them.... Avoid buying at all costs the worst customer service ever online!!! Such a shame as the clothing looks great online however lack of customer service and care lets this business down.

We had used them twice for purchase of Sarees from Australia. The first one order was okay so we placed the second order and then noticed that sizes were incorrect and items were missing in order. We tried to contact the customer service which takes 10 attempts before someone will take the call and will ask you to call them tomorrow. There is one person who is Customer Service, Manager, Seller and Owner and will lie blatantly. Finally he agreed to ship the missing item and give the money for alteration of clothes after weeks of follow up. But money never came through and we escalated this to Pay Pal as it had buyers protection. Unfortunately Pay Pal does not covers anything which has custom in it (even if the items are missing). Please be careful with this online shop and better to buy from a reputed online store like ebay.or Amazon.

We ordered a few Anarkhali's from them. The first batch arrived but not within the 7 - 10days. We are now awaiting the second batch and keep getting promised it has been shipped and we will be sent a shipping number. It's been a month now and no news. Every time we call, it's the same story that it will be shipped today.I would not recommend anyone to buy from them as they do not keep to their word and lie continuously about the delivery.I was also assured I would receive something in a colour I chose, but have been advised I that this is no longer possible.When you message to place an order, this is the only time he responds. After that, you can forget about hearing from him once your payment has been made.

It is really hard to contact them back after purchase. They will not respond you unless you call them 20 times. The seller, owner and customer service everything is run by the same person. Once they got hold of your money it is impossible to get this back. They cannot trusted, unethical and lie blatantly. If you buy anything from them you are on your own... It was the worst mistake to buy from them. It much better to buy from big trusted companies like ebay, rather than buying directly from them.

Hi, I am very happy with my order, everything went smoothly and service is very good, i will sure order in the future.

I places a high amount order,but the next day itself I cancelled it,coz of the bad reviews.I asked for conformation od cancellation,what they did,after countless mails,but not the money!! I' M still waiting for that and in the mean time have filed a lot of papers sent to master card to get the money back. A Question asked if I wanted to fill other form a Sareepalace being fraudulous.Told them I want to wait a week and see If they return my money.Will also place a complain with the Indian Ambassy. They should be ashamed of themself and not fit to be a online shopping site.They can learn from the Chinese and others If I dont get it they Will Go on a lot more blog with support from my friends.
