I have had exactly the same experience with SBuckinghams as this.
They should not be allowed to trade.
They are an absolute rip-off

I bought from Buckinghams as they are a UK business and I expected quality for the price. After 1 week of waiting I was advised goods are imported from China. 3 weeks later goods arrived. Ordered a bag. No where on the website does it tell you that it will be shipped from Germany. The website clearly makes it look like a British based company with the UK address. This company is extremely dangerous to deal with and I will be surprised if I ever see my US$259 ..... Purchase a leather bag online, was debited immediately and never received a confirmation letter or a reply from numerous emails sent. I purchased a leather holdall before Christmas which i then needed to return . This has been an unbelievably difficult job. The company it seems has one person on customer services who is no help whatsoever. I have left messages and nobody has called me back. I have emailled support tickets and have not received replies. bought a leather cabin bag from SBuckinghams in March 2013. After using it on about 5 occasions (very little wear - careful owner), some stitching split, leaving a gaping hole. I agree with you . The worst customer service i have ever dealt with too. I am trying to get my refund at the moment and its just a disgrace the way I am being treated. Yes I agree. I have never experienced customer service like this either. I am trying to get a refund for a returned holdall but i am getting nowhere. “Don't touch SBuckinghams - they just can't be bothered”

Like the previous reviewer who bought a bag for £84 and the handle broke after 2 weeks I had exactly the same problem with a pilot case costing £116 and after 2 weeks the catch on the lid broke meaning I couldn't close the top. I emailed Buckinghams and they issue 'some 'ticket' and I send in details and they say they will respond in 48 hours. Well, 72 hours later, no response.
