keeping this short. We ordered a bag with a promise of 3 days delivery. The bag did not arrive after almost two weeks and after many phone calls to an automated system that asks you to leave a message and gets you do little else and numerous emails with no reply I finally got through to a guy that seemed to care very little about my complaints. “Unfulfilled order & still waiting for refund”

I placed an order for an expensive portfolio case on 5th June and the payment was taken out on 8th June. I was then emailed on the 8th (after the payment) that the chosen item was on 'low stock' and therefore not available, and that they can offer me one with a different colour. “Unreliable company. Poor customer service.”

Very frustrated. I ordered a garden parasol & they didn't have the colour I wanted. I tried to cancel the order & get a refund. No success. The exact same thing is happening to me!!

I placed an order for an expensive portfolio case on 5th June and the payment was taken out on 8th June. I was then emailed on the 8th (after the payment) that the chosen item was on 'low stock' and therefore not available, and that they can offer me one with a different colour. I responded saying 'please show an image of the other item so I can make a decision'. However, I was told that they did not have an image of the product. Anyhow, I then requested for a refund. This refund was requested on 8th June. It is now 16th June and I still have not had my refund. I am beyond disappointed with this company.

I am now worried they are scamming me. :(

Hi Halima,

Further to my previous comment, I've never received my parasol but I managed to get a refund through Paypal. I believe you also have payment protection if you paid with a credit card. Not sure about debit cards but it might be worth speaking to your bank to see if they can help.

I ordered a leather rucksack from this company, when it eventually arrived it had been dispatched from Athens in crude packaging. The rucksack was £130 and was not top quality leather. The finishing and stitching was poor, and the bag itself was not as spacious as expected. I was told it could be returned to a UK address but not the Cambridge address shown on the company website. Very nice looking website, with a lot of lovely products on offer. I opted for a laptop bag at a cost of £150. The website stated that the item would be dispatched within 3 working days. Ordered a bag. No where on the website does it tell you that it will be shipped from Germany. The website clearly makes it look like a British based company with the UK address. This company is extremely dangerous to deal with and I will be surprised if I ever see my US$259 ..... Purchase a leather bag online, was debited immediately and never received a confirmation letter or a reply from numerous emails sent. I purchased a leather holdall before Christmas which i then needed to return . This has been an unbelievably difficult job. The company it seems has one person on customer services who is no help whatsoever. I have left messages and nobody has called me back. I have emailled support tickets and have not received replies. I agree with you . The worst customer service i have ever dealt with too. I am trying to get my refund at the moment and its just a disgrace the way I am being treated. I put a poor review on this site this morning and within no time at all there were three 5 star reviews after no time at all. Very suspicious !!!!
