This company is taking money and not sending goods. and also pretending they have when they do not. don't believe they have goods at all. the company not registered at address. they have ripped people off. they should be prosecuted and put in jail. their website is a fake shop that does not exist. i hope they get whats coming.

I ordered a bag online a few weeks out from Christmas. When it did not arrive in the indicative time I contacted them to ask when I should expect the bag. I was informed that that item was out of stock and offered for me to select another bag at 10% off. I was annoyed because they had already debited my account for an item that they could not deliver. However, I did look through the rest of their range but there was no suitable alternative. In the last 6 weeks I have sent 4 email requests asking for my money to be refunded. They have not responded at all to my last email which I sent a month ago. I have kept all the electronic dialogue as proof of the poor ethics and customer service of this company.

I bought a bag online, but the website said that my transaction had timed out. I tried again a couple of days later and this time was successful. I then received an email saying the item was out of stock. I replied asking when I would have my money, £140, back, or if I had been charged twice. No reply. After many fruitless calls and emails I finally received an email from them saying that a refund would be sent to me. It hasn't. I have now contacted my credit card company who have refunded my money. Be advised, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased a rucksack from them believing them to be based in UK for my daughter, within 9 months the stitching of one of the pockets started to come undone and fairly quickly unravelled. Took a picture and sent it to their customer services and have been given the run around ever since. The latest communication I was informed I would have to return the bag to the manufacturer direct although I am still waiting for the address to return it to (at my own cost!?. I have since discovered upon delving into them that they do not have a depot in this country and their telephone number is the same for many companies, selling various things, one of them selling dog kennels!! Decided to take it to a local shoe repairer they said the pocked had not been finished off properly and restitched it for me. So buy from them at your peril, because if you need after sales service, there isn't any.

Sold me a faulty item (a locking briefcase that could easily be opened when supposedly locked). It took them 4 months (and countless emails) to refund me my money, despite trying to claim the product wasn't faulty, and trying to wheedle their way out of a refund at every turn. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, they are also required to refund me the return postage (as they sold me an item that was not fit for purpose), yet I am still chasing them for it, 7 months after my purchase, and receiving nothing but silence. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They have been nothing but stress and hassle over something that should have been a lovely birthday gift over half a year ago.

Item took a little longer to arrive but other than that i am happy with the experience. Like the bag, suits my needs.
