Like the previous reviewer who bought a bag for £84 and the handle broke after 2 weeks I had exactly the same problem with a pilot case costing £116 and after 2 weeks the catch on the lid broke meaning I couldn't close the top.
I emailed Buckinghams and they issue 'some 'ticket' and I send in details and they say they will respond in 48 hours. Well, 72 hours later, no response.
I shall return the case for a full refund and report the company to the Trading Standards for selling a defective and un-usable product which is not of merchantable quality.
Before buying this pilot case I wish I had known that customer service was not included in this transaction.
