Ordered a briefcase on the 25th August, arrived damaged on the 11th September, they said I should be the one to pay for return postage. So already a £90 bag is costing £115. It is now the 8th of October and I still haven't received a replacement. I email their support service and get no response, I call them directly, they pick up the phone, I hear a breath then they put it on mute and wait you out until you hang up! Terrible. Worst online transaction I have ever made!!!
