I am a new customer to River Island online and I am so far extremely happy with their services. Delivery was next day, tracking was useful and the product was fine. I did order a second item a couple weeks later and applied for next day delivery which came but it was a size too small (which was my fault) but I decided to send it back that following day stating in the description part that I would like to exchange this for a Medium. That was on Friday 21st September and I still have not heard from them. As this is Monday 26th. Is this normal? How long do I have to wait?
