Im writing as a very antagonised client to ask about my unused gift voucher that I received at Christmas. I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that you will not allow customers to spend their recently bought gift vouchers. You haven't give your customers enough notice to spend them,it's disgraceful. I am extremely upset with your poor customer service. Im sure you have many exasperated customers to deal with,but £50 is a extensive amount of money to just lose to you. Therefore, I would love you to consider,either returning me my money or letting me spend it in one of your stores. Please respond as soon as possible, thank you.
