I Ordered a coat from Reiss on 27th October 2016 and paid £7.00 for next day delivery on Friday 28th October. After waiting in until lunchtime on that day I received a text to tell me it would be delivered on Monday 31st three days after it was agreed. When I protested to their Customer Services I was told it was my fault for ordering after 3pm. I had no notice on the order when they accepted my £7 next day delivery charge and it was clearly stated on the order confirmation as NEXT DAY. They didn't even refund this charge. I then e.mailed my disgust at the above and they merely responded by telling me the order would be delivered on Monday 31st October.No apologies and no delivery charge refund. To top it all the coat arrived today and I had already decided to return it in disgust only to find there was no DHL Returns form enclosed in the parcel. I then had to make four phone calls to get a returns booking.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their Customer Services are appalling.
