I would not recommend qtag to anyone. I placed an order nearly three weeks ago now and still haven't received my order. I have e-mailed numerous times about this and just get an automated email back. It took 2 weeks for a member of staff to contact me and I was was assured my order would be dispatched asap. Now 1 week later and still nothing! “Very bad”

Paid for item and payment was made even when i presented information of conformation i was told items would not be sent because they had not received any payment attitude of customer help was very bad customer was not assuring that they would get to the bottom of issue i had to call endless numbers send emails if i had not done so i would have never received goods i lost business because of this as a growing company this was a major hit reduculess… Read Full Review

I was first told the item was out of stock and to change the item and re-order which I did). I then received the original out of stock item. “sizes are not good ”

each time I buy your tops the sizes are all different and it costs me to much to send back feel I will have to buy from another source as I keep wasting money on products not fit for purpose they tops just bought the small is a child's size short arms yet on a different top after re buying to get the right sizes a small is still big… Read Full Review

We as a new company started using QTAG and was excited at how quick and friendly and a non complicated company to use , so we kept using them for all our clothing orders with in mind we are a growing business ande wanted to stick with a great company , this has since failed as we did an order half was missing and half was not despatched , they gave us a discount code by way of appology which we thought was very very good of them, so the next day we get another order and place waht we needed to… Read Full Review

“A Very Average Experience”

Having used Qtag for the last couple of months to buy wholesale Tees, the experience has been far from excellent. We place weekly orders and have been met with mixed results. While varitey and cost are good / ok respectivly customer service is poor at best. On a number of occasions things have been out of stock (While showing in stock online), nobody informs you - the order just sits as 'Processing'.
