I placed an order and specifically picked items that were both in stock and on the express delivery list as I needed the items by the end of the week (order was placed Wednesday am)
There was no mention or option on the site's ordering page about a fast track order and so I placed the order fully expecting to receive it in the next day or so. On Friday morning, I chased the order to see where it was only to be told that as I hadn't asked for express delivery, i wasnt going to get it and that it would take 5 working days for a standard order!!!!
To cap it all off, late friday afternoon, I was then told that 1 of the items was out of stock and did I want a replacement!!
The order was shipped on the Monday and I received it on the Tuesday - hardly the next day service that the web site offered....
