I ordered 30 Tshirts from Q.Tag. for my daughters 7th Birthday Party. The order went through smoothly. But there were big problems with the delivery. They have an on-line tracking service which was useful and I was sent regular emails on the progress of my order. The problem occurred with the delivery company INTERLINK EXPRESS.
I received an email that stated:
Your order from Quayside Group Limited is out for delivery today by your Interlink Express driver and is due to be delivered between 13:30-14:30. Can you please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. However, no parcel arrived, I did go out later in the afternoon, but when i returned still no parcel, or delivery note. I checked with my neighbours but they had not taken the parcel in. So I checked my email, the TRACKING SERVICE SAID THAT THE PARCEL HAD BEEN DELIVERED and SIGNED FOR!!
After lots of investigation work. I finaly managed to get locate the telephone number of INTERLINK EXPRESS ( that enabled me to talk to human,not an automated machine). They were NOT HELPFUL!They couldn't get hold of the driver, or come up with a satisfactory explaination for how my goods could have been delivered and signed for, but not to me.
I then phoned QTAG, in great distress. THEY were FANTASTIC. I spoke to CARL STRINGER Who phoned the company on my behalf, but sadly he was unable to get any more information. But using their tracking system he was able to give me the address where the goods were supposed to me. This was half a mile from my home!),But alas the couple stated they had not recieved or signed for any goods. In utter dispair I phone QTAG again, and inspite of the fact that they don't usally make deliveries on a Saturday. CARL Arranged for a re-delivery of my T-shirts. I cannot praise QTAG enough for the quality of their customers service. particularly CARL STRINGER who went the extra mile to ensure my daughter's party was a success. The first delivery turned up 10 days later. I phoned QTAG, and they emailed me a parcel return label. Which enabled a speedy return of the goods.
