Profile Fashion online is not ready for primetime! They have only been in business for 4 years and they are very ‘amateurish’ on dealing with issues in customer service. Basing on my experience, they are bias and only into protecting themselves and NEVER their customers. More so, on ordering from the US as you will pay a lot of $$ for all sorts of FEES in addition to your already high priced tags which I’ve never minded so long as it is WORTH the experience - but it’s not. And I do mean you will get billed not a reasonable amount but a 26.9 % in Customs and Tax Fees on top of your original purchase amount ‘without your knowledge’ and they will tell you they have ‘no idea’. Not exactly your average Custom Fees charge neither the best deal nor service around.
Furthermore, Profile Fashion overlooks the value of a great customer service and therefore, gaining a strong quality clientele for a long-term business relationship. The person in charge of online service will ARGUE with you first before admitting they are at fault while being ARROGANT about it. He is not necessarily helpful or the most professional I've ever dealt with. I really wish I had taken the time to read and listen to unsatisfied customers. It truly could have saved me the trouble. They are very helpful tips so please take notes. For those of you who want to experience a ‘real 5-star’ luxury shopping experience online particularly for the US shipping…shop straight at Net-a-Porter.com, Stylebop.com, Farfetch.com, MatchFashion.com, SSesense.com, Shopbop.com and TheCorner.com, etc…and you won’t be disappointed a bit!
