For the last 2 months & more the articles of clothing I buy have not been avalible in my size or colour advertised in catalogue & on website but never avalible this is starting to look like a company that's selling its stock off ready for closing

Joined premierman.com a few years ago with no problems .The quality of their good is pretty good but expensive . BEWARE AVOID THE PERSONAL ACCOUNT I received a leaflet through the post a few days and I noticed their interest rate has now risen to a massive 69.8% from around 50% ish when I first joined them a few years ago . No email or correspondence regarding this massive interest rise ,this also applied to the stuff I had ordered in the past . YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AVOID !

I am convinced that Premier Man make their money by providing a substandard level of service and then "try" to sort it out on their premium rate helpline. Trying to pay is a joke so I send a cheque now and let them have the expense of banking it. No one should deal with a company that charges for customer service.

I saw an advert in a national newspaper for some good priced shoes which looked comfortable. I ordered 4 pairs by phone, paying the total amount. After several weeks I received an email saying I had been reimbursed for 1 pair of shoes which had been damaged in transit. I phoned to enquire when the other shoes would be delivered and was told in the next few days. Within the week I received an email saying I was being reimbursed for the other three pairs which were also damaged in transit. I emailed back to check when the replacement shoes would be delivered only to be told they couldn't send the replacement shoes to fulfil the original order because I needed to order them again either over the phone or online....... What a shambles..... I shall never be using this company which is part of the JDWilliams group ever again and suggested people think twice before doing so.

I am utterly disgusted at the fact my grandad has used this service to order myself a Frozen hamper for Christmas to help with feeding my family over Christmas and for £69 I have received 12 items some with prices of £1 on! I do not have the heart to tell my grandad about the disappointing hamper you have provided. I cannot even find the hamper advertised on the website so assume it may only be in the magazine's in which my grandad has used and been totally mis sold! I hope and will check he has not ordered these for any other family members and if the same will be ensuring they make a further voice of dissatisfaction like myself. I hope to receive a reply on an explanation of how they feel its acceptable to charge my grandad this amount for a hamper which would cost no more than £20-£25 in Iceland! I'm am very unhappy and feel my grandad has been totally misguided in the buying of this product.

Consistent delivery issues, customer services repeatedly ignored my correspondence, garments incorrectly size labelled. Generally very poor - avoid.

My partner ordered a jacket for me on 15th of October and was told she would receive the jacket " within 3 to 5 working days". Today, 24th OCTOBER she phoned only to be told it will be delivered on 24th NOVEMBER ! Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional . Grubby parasites that only care about greed and profit. Customers seem to be vermin to them. NEVER, ever would use them for their appauling treatment of `valued` customers.

Saw a Premier Man advert. for shoes in a weekend newspaper magazine. I have size 12 shoes and wide fitting and noticed that they were offering CUSHION WALK MENS SHOES WIDE FIT, size 12 for an amazing £12.50. Sometimes depending upon the style of shoe, I need a size 13, but decided to take a chance and ordered a brown and black pair. The shoes arrived just three days after ordering on-line, and they not only look great, but fit perfectly. So ordered another black pair for reserve and a pair of Cushion Walk Sandalised shoes wide fit on Tuesday 2nd August, and received an email the next day saying they're on their way. Have sent the link to two friends as I cannot believe the quality, price and service of the shoes, and know they'll be very happy with the service from Premier Man.

I have been a customer for premierman for nearly 5 years and am shocked at the level of poor service I have recieved, 3 months to wait for an item of which they cancelled and reordered and I still have not got it. Now cancelled. No calls or help from their customer service team, I have to call their premium rate line to chase my delivery. Obviously not a valued customer just another number. The worst thing about this company is 95 percent of the time they get it right but when they get it wrong just a shrug if the shoulders and oh well sorry about that and no we are going to do nothing about it as have plenty of customers, I know I am only 1 customer but I have spent a couple of thousand quid over the years with them thought I would get a little bit better service.

I have ordered twice from Premier Man and the first time it was hassle free. I bought a few sizes to try and kept the ones I needed. Returning was straight forward. I then ordered again later for jeans and they were atrocious. Fit and quality was bad and it turns out that the returns period is 14 days! I ended up paying nearly £20 for nothing. Now the first order I had is falling apart in record time as well. I could recommend this company.

Always found PM's service to be efficient, whether keeping items or on the rare occasion returning them. Never had a bad experience and in the main have felt the goods are quality, as are the prices. Would recommend happily and will continue with my custom. I have no negative comments to make.

Over a week ago I ordered several items from this company. 10pm Friday night I received an email from them telling me they had delivered my parcel. When I queried it with them I was told it was left in a safe place. Strange considering I was at home all day! I checked around and nothing. I even looked back on the security cameras in case I had missed them somewhere but, no, nothing despite them being adamant that they had delivered. Contacted them again and told in a very couldn't care less way that it was a mistake and I would have to wait. I then told them I want my money back and, guess what, I can have my money back but I've got to wait 5 working days. So, to sum up, they will have had my money for well over two weeks and all I have had is stress. Oh, and the delivery company, well that's Hermes so I guess this is par for the course. I will not use this company again.

I ordered trousers over a week ago...when ordering it stated they were IN STOCK....or I wouldn't have ordered...they sent an email confirming my order..and that's when I noticed that they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available till 27th.....2 weeks after they were ordered. I don't give these companies a second chance.....so a BIG NO from me another customer they have lost..

Ordered, waited for email to let me know order was ready to collect. Next contact was a confirmation of refunf and returned goods.(which I needed) . no clothed and no money yet either) poor

Highly recommend this Company. Excellent customer service. I have been a customer for several years and I have never been disappointed with the service. Very easy to return goods and deliveries are prompt and arrive on time. Premier by name and Premier by service

Ordered and paid for products via telephone as well as paying extra for express delivery. Waited in for order to arrive STILL WAITING. Telephoned asking where my order was told that the items were not in stock and the money will be returned to my account within 5 days, no correspondence advising me of this ? Put through to another department to be told the items were in stock ? Absolute shambles !!

Beware this company.I had a dispute with them over a £3.50p postal charge and when I checked my credit rating it was very poor. I was shocked as I had never in my life been in any form of debt.on investigation I discovered that because of the £3.50p postage dispute.Premier man had entered me as a poor payer and ruined my credit rating.I am having the most difficult time trying to restore it even though premier man have wiped the slate clean and apologised. So beware all just for £3.50p your life can be ruined by jumped up little jobs worth.

order placed, told it will be sent in 14 days,20 days later phoned to find why still not arrived, to be told none in stock, and do not know when stock will be in, don"t think they cared!!!!!!!

On Saturday 14th March 2015 – I placed an order over the telephone. I specifically mentioned that I did not mind waiting for the arrival of my delivery – the following Saturday – as I was away all week, and not home until after 7pm during the week after work. The agent perked up, and assured me that a delivery was possible the next day – Sunday and it would be guaranteed to arrive between 9am and 1pm for a small additional fee. I was quite surprised to hear this – as I didn’t realise a Sunday delivery was possible. I had never received one in my lifetime of over 50 years! Sunday arrived, and I stayed indoors. I did not partake of my usual Sunday morning walk around the local park, for fear of being out, and missing the promised delivery. Being Mother’s Day – I didn’t venture out to visit my mother. 1pm came, and I called the company to enquire about my delivery. I was told it would be arriving by 4pm. 4pm came, and nothing had arrived. I called the company, and was told a delivery could take up to 6pm. 6pm came – I called up again. I was told a delivery would arrive by 9pm that day. 9pm arrived and nothing arrived. I had wasted TWELVE HOURS of my life – waiting indoors for a parcel that DID NOT ARRIVE!!!! I felt betrayed and lied to. I told them if a delivery were to take place the following day – ENSURE IT WAS AFTER 7PM, as I would be home after that time. Monday 16th March 2015 arrived. Upon returning from work – I called the company again. (Bear in mind – every time I called them – I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR THE PRIVILEGE!!!). The agent told me a delivery was made 10:30am and the package was left on a porch. This was a wonderful example of IGNORING the customer and doing their own thing!!! Firstly, I had told them I was not going to be in. Secondly – I DO NOT HAVE A PORCH!!! The agent ostensibly “apologised” and said they would investigate and get back to me. Tuesday 17th March 2015 arrived. The promised delivery on Sunday had STILL NOT ARRIVED!!! With shocking disdain and disrespect, I was accused of receiving the items!!! The agent told me the delivery drivers “left the parcel” on my “doorstep”, and it was now “declared missing!!” I was lost for words. I was incandescent with the inference made to me – the customer. I had parted with £40 for items that had NOT ARRIVED! The agent attempted to “re-order” the items a second time. Lo and behold – to add INSULT TO INJURY – the items were NO LONGER IN STOCK! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?????!!! I have been MISLED – LIED TO - and BADLY LET DOWN by a company that does not give a hoot about it’s customers, but are happy to take their money and FAIL TO DELIVER! I swear – I will NEVER use this LYING, CONNIVING, DECEITFUL band of bandits EVER AGAIN! NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!
