I made my order on a Sunday and by the time it was Thursday and it hadn't got to me I emailed to enquire and was informed that my tshirts are out of stock, no when they will be back in stock though. So I emailed back asking when it will be in stock, a lady called Melissa informed me they do not know but that you's could "upgrade" me to a different tshirt, it was actually a cheaper tshirt so was a downgrade technically, which I said I would be happy to do so long as my colours and sizes wet the same. I didn't get any respone back for 2 days so rang and spoke to Melissa who then did "upgrade", said i would have the difference in price refunded to my account and sent out my stock that day which I recieved two working days later.
The stocks great and I'm pleased with it it would of just been nice to have someone gotten in touch with me and keep me informed and not wait till I have to enquire about it, things would have moved along a lot faster.
