Ordered a sweater online. After 3-4 weeks and no delivery I started calling and emailing them. They never replied to my emails and on the phone said they would pass on my concerns to customer services. So who answered the phone then? They told me the Post Office had lost my parcel and I had to fill in a disclaimer form and they would resend the parcel. They never resent it. (Not that I believe they ever sent the first one either.) I then said I wanted a refund, by email, and nothing happened.
Visa have now refunded me and are investigating directly. Thank goodness I don't have the stress of having to deal with this ineffective company ever ever again.
Don't use them - don't risk it.
