Ordered a dress online. Arrived within 8 days. So disappointing! Colours very bland and drab compared to online photo which was a "dream". Returned item 1st class, tracked, following day delivery. Shouldn't have bothered as it went straight to UK depot ... and sat there until "enough" parcels arrived to send a tmuch bigger package to Germany. Sent email re. concerns about time-wasting. No response. Contacted UK set-up .. explained refund will be sent within the next THREE weeks! Two wks later on the 19th informed parcel received and refund being processed. Should be received within 3 days. 20th email received confirming parcel etc. and refund would be processed on the 20th. Following wk. on 25th phoned for progress report. Guess what?! Refund was being processed on this day - 25th - and not previous dates. Assured payment would be with me within 3 (and possibly less) days. Phoned on 27th - as now I'd started to become suspicious Guess what?! Wonders of wonders - payment was being processed on this day - 27th!. Customer Services couldn't understand my sheer frustration at being told - on different days/dates - refund was being processed each day I phoned. She became quite irate and couldn't understand or appreciate my frustration. Ended conversation! What next!
