Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

I had the most awful experience I have ever encountered in my life ordering a bridesmaid dress through this company. I received the dress (05158, SIze 4, Fushia) and the front hemline was completely crooked, the lining underneath was exposed and was sewn wrong creating a bubble, the side seem was completely crooked, and the size I was given was supposed to be a size four and it feels more like a 2-3.

I have sent many emails back and forth with the company and have been very hard to work with. There must be a huge language barrier or something because many responses that came back didn't address what I had said and they tried to make decisions without confirming with me.

With every other company I have ordered clothing through online (and there are several), I have never had a problem returning the item and receiving the full amount back or having them return and exchange for a new item. Both these scenarios CAN'T happen with thi company. I tried to ask for a new dress and they expect YOU to pay the shipping AGAIN. How awful and inappropriate is that? Then I asked for my money to be refunded to me and they first told me only 50% of the dress. I said that wasn't right and poor customer service and then they offered 80% back. This is not customer service at all. They should be giving me my total money back for this dress as it's not wearable AT ALL.

This is a replica maker and you can clearly tell by how poorly this dress was put together. The other bridesmaid received her dress with the exact same problems mine has and they won't work with her either.

Shipping- This was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!

All in all, this company has the worst customer service ever and poorest quality of bridesmaids dresses I have ever seen in my life.
