I bought a Tilley hat on their website for a great price, but unfortunately I chose the wrong size. I emailed them explaining what I'd done and they reserved the correct size on my order while I sent the incorrect size back to them. I paid for return postage, but they don't charge you a second postage charge for sending out a replacement which is good.
Both hats arrived the next day with Parcelforce, and their customer services team even called me to make sure I'd received the replacement hat and that it fitted me. I now do not shop anywhere else for outdoor bits.
