Complete lack of customer service

I ordered several things, so I received them in quite a large box from the delivery man. The box was barely held together, with ONE flismy piece of parcel tape that barely hanging on. Not a good start.
I then found the box that was meant to contain two thermals only containing one, with the box being very obviously previously opened, sporting a rip in one of the corners.
Went to call them and didn't get through at all. The number held up as soon as it dialled. Tried a couple of times, and then a couple of times a few days later. Nothing. I then sent them several emails explaining my situation. No reply.
I also had the unfortunate luck of ordering the wrong pair of gloves, so not I have to send them back to some random address, with no prior alerts, no return number, no nothing? It's a shambles.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Although their prices may look good, they're actually not that lower than far more reputable sellers. Do yourself a favour. Do not buy anything from outdoormania.
