Ordered two coats which said were in stock. Got an email saying awaiting stock on a monday so called to ask when they would be in! by the end of the week I was told, end of week came and went! Called following Monday to be told in stock going out today (this was after being on hold for over an hour! only way to get through to them!) Tuesday is here and so is one jacket! no idea where the other one is! Yet again on hold to find out! Dreadful Customer Service! Don't advertise as in stock with next day delivery when it isn't and you can't! although they are cheap, you end up spending the little difference on phone calls and your time trying to contact them!
