My experience is the same as so many others who have posted reviews before me. Wish I'd checked out the reviews first.
Site says item is in stock, when it isn't. Can't cancel by email, only by the expensive 0844 number which they take forever to answer and even when they do the operators are incredibly slow.
Can't believe they are still allowed to operate.
