After ordering some items and paying for next day delivery for a specific day I knew I would be in, the driver failed to deliver.
Checked the online status at 2pm and it said they had tried to deliver at 12:55 and left a card.
I was on my drive all day working on my car and the delivery driver would have had to walk past me to get to the door. Of cause there was no card left.
Called Next customer service right away who basically insinuated I was lying and that they would make no attempt to contact the courier. I would just have to wait until Monday when they would re-deliver. No use at all to me as I'm going to be out.
So planning to go out and buy the items I wanted from another company and refuse the delivery, if and when it turns up.
Dreadful service and customer support.
