email said items would be in store to pick on the 20th. went in the 20th to be told they wouldn't be in until the 24th eventhough i had already paid for them. asked for a refund and was told i couldn't get a refund until items were in shop. so they now have my money and i don't even have the items i ordered. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!
