Ordered a coat from next , in stock, expected next day delivery. Received an email stating would be delivered 4 days later. Phoned Next who stated that just because it said in stock did not mean they had it , just that they would be receiving items soon. Three days later received email confirming delivery next day.. By 7pm parcel still not arrived so again phoned Next. Customer service adviser explained it had arrived at a local depot late so not collected by delivery man.. Told Next what to do with the order and requested a full refund and and postage costs. WILL NOT BE USING NEXT ONLINE AGAIN.
