Ordered online to use a discount code, was not given the option to enter a code anywhere on the page.
Order then went through - there was no confirmation page asking to confirm whether you actually wanted to order with total price etc. It also automatically added to a credit account without giving the option to pay by card.
Called up straight after to cancel the order but was told this isn't possible, even though it was a few seconds after the order was placed and item hasn't even been packaged/dispatched. Will be returning the item as soon as I pick it up, but have lost money due to being charged for store delivery.
