Next day delivery selected.
Paid for product in FULL online there and then.
4th Oct: No item delivered and no online update.
5th Oct: Online Order updated to 'Order Received' (at warehouse)
7th Oct: Rang Service Desk and due to a back log if orders, was advised to expect delivery on 9th Oct.
10th Oct: No update and online status still at 'Order Received' (with warehouse)
Rang Next Service Desk again and asked for an update... 1st analyst did not listen to my request and started to process a new order for me... 2nd analyst did not once apologise for any delay and stated the products on order were in the warehouse for 'Quality Control' checks. I asked that this involved which no valid response was given. Also stated: Next day delivery pends if the items are in stock or not, but this was cleared expressed as 'IN STOCK' online and also via the Service Desk on the 1st telephone contact. I have stated that I will be cancelling the order on the 11th if the products are not dispatched and was then told to give it at least a further 3-5 days to expect delivery. Basically I was 'deffed off' again with an excuse probably from a laminated A4 sheet stuck to their desk managers @ss.
I used to use Next online about a year ago and never had any problems, so whats changed? (apart from their call centre staff interviewing acceptance now being at a primary school level, without the ability to listen).
Will never order online from them again - will stick to the shops where the product is in my hands!
